Copyright: All themes are property of RACINGCHRISTMAS. They bear a copyright that protects them against
reproduction. Each unauthorized duplication will be prosecuted.
Privacy: Customer information is considered private and confidential. It will not be sold or shared.
Returns: Please understand that on grounds of the possibility of digital reproductions, we cannot accept the return of
cards. The only reason to do so is, you can proof a damage being made during delivery. We make every effort to show
the themes on our website and brochures as realistic as possible. Slight color divergences from the original paintings may
not be ruled out. The items will be packed up with painstaking care to avoid damage during their transport.
We make every effort, to carry out your order to your full satisfaction.
Prices: All prices are in Euros incl. VAT.
Shipment: Post and package costs are listed on our seperate list. Shipment basically takes place at the customers risk.
RACING CHRISTMAS cannot be made responsible for the loss or damage of the goods. A separate transport
insurance is possible. Please ask for additional costs when you place your orders. We ship via Standard Economy Parcel
of the „ Deutsche Post „
Payment: Items will be delivered after your complete payment reaches our bank account. RACING CHRISTMAS is owner
of the goods until all outstanding depts are settled. P&P rates do not include local taxes, duties or custom
fees outside germany. Any local taxes, duties or custom fees that may apply will be assessed by local officials and billed
separately. Please call your customs office! A delivery by invoice is basically not possible. Please
have any confidence in us. We aim to live up the confidence you place in us. All orders will be handled with great care.
Goods will be delivered at the latest two days after your payment reached us. We accept : cash on delivery,
cash in advance to our bank accounts in germany and switzerland, VISA, MsterCard, PAYPAL. See details on our „How
to order“ page.
Agreement: With your order, you accept our terms and conditions. We accept your order by sending you an confirmation
of your order within two days, normally by e-mail.
Place of Performance: Place of performance is Wehr, venue Bad Säckingen.
